Dear Parishioners of SJW:

We are nearing another end of a Christmas season.  This Sunday, Jan. 8, is Epiphany.  The next day is the Feast of the Baptism of the Lord.  What a way to end this wonderful season of new life and hope.

E  Are we thankful for EVERYTHING the Lord sends us?

P  Do we PRAY as often as we should?

I  Are we INTO our Catholic faith?

P  In a good way, are we PROUD to be a disciple of Jesus?

H  How HAPPY are we with each other?

A  Do we AID others in their need?

N  Does NOTHING come between God and us?

Y  Do we YEARN for a deeper prayer life?

B  How deep is our BELIEF in the Lord?

A  How often do we ASK forgiveness in Confession?

P  Do we PUT God first?

T  How much TIME do we give to others?

I   Are we INTERESTED in being a good steward?

S  Is our baptismal day SPECIAL to us and celebrated each year?

M  Will we MAKE our faith a priority?

Bring on Ordinary Time come Tuesday for several weeks until Lent!!
