Art & Craft Fair

 
Mark your calendars! The St. Joe's Annual Arts & Crafts Fair is back and will be held on Saturday, October 19th, 2024 from 8:30 am - 3:00 pm.
If you are a vendor of homemade crafts and would like to participate, please read, and agree to, the rules/expectations as you complete the registration form

The form should be completed by September 1st.

Set-Up:

Friday October 18th, from 4:30 - 8:30pm and/or Saturday October 19th, starting at 7am.

Fees:

$30 per 10' X 6' space

$5 per 6 foot table rental (optional)

$10 per 8 foot table rental (optional)

We have 30 spots available (looking to expand and will accept registrations as space allows) and would like to offer a variety of products. Once your form is completed and reviewed, you will receive a confirmation email from Nichole Poss (nlkuchar@gmail.com).  

All fees collected are used as a fundraiser for Titan Fuel and SJTW T.E.A.M. events.

The St. Joe's Preschool will be selling food, baked goods, as their own separate fundraiser during the event.

Complimentary coffee will be available and provided to vendors.

We will also be hosting a free "Kids Korner" for the third year to encourage family attendance.

Checks may be payable to St. Joseph the Worker TEAM and cash (placed in envelope C/O Nichole Poss / Arts & Crafts Fair) will be accepted for rental space and any additional table rentals (optional). Payments can be mailed or dropped off at St. Joseph the Worker Church, 700 E. Spruce St. in Chatham, IL 62629. No refunds will be given after receipt of payment/deposit is sent.
